A complete exterior renovation including construction of a 35’ X 25’ Porte-Cochere, stucco, window and door replacement, painting, awning installation, landscaping, signage, reroofing and erection of a new decorative mansard around the perimeter of the facility.

Exterior Construction - Main Hotel Lobby
     
A new Porte-Cochere addition is constructed at the main entrance of the hotel lobby. New entrance door and windows are installed

Driveway pavers and completely new landscaping add to the tropical aesthetic.
A six-foot walkway was added to the length of the building. New entrance doors and canvas awnings were also added.

Steel framing is erected and attached to the substrate. Sprayed polyurethane foam is used to seal the new penetrations, keeping the existing structure watertight during construction.
